Finding A Home Request Home Finder Service

REQUEST HOME FINDER SERVICE

Here's how Joanne's Home Finder Service works...

Start by completing the form below. Provide as much information as you can and be sure to supply a valid E-mail address.

On receipt of your information, a preliminary search of the MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE® database will be completed. Property details and photos will be checked to ensure accuracy and determine if the home truly meets the criteria you specified.. A list of properties will be then be compiled which meet your housing requirements. Depending on size of list it may be necessary for Joanne to contact you via Email, and with your input make revisions to exclude or include items that were not previously specified.

When a final list has been established Joanne will mail a package containing a photo and complete details for each property, including address, room sizes, lot size, taxes, special features, etc.

If none of the properties appeal to you Joanne will perform additional searches until she finds the right home for you. However, if you are not quite ready to start "house hunting" Joanne can keep you updated on new listings as they come on the market.
